The Venerable Khenpo Karsang is a teacher of the Karma Kagyu lineage in Tibetan Buddhism. Khenpo carries with him profound experiences in lecturing and practice. He has a good command of Chinese. Khenpo was appointed by his monastery to be the teacher of their Hong Kong main centre since 2008 teaching the subjects of the five elements, and has been giving teachings in various Kagyu centres throughout Europe, America and Asia. Khenpo has committed himself in promoting Buddhist education through translating the sutra and Saddhana, and guiding his disciples to engage in a life where Buddhist theory is blended with their practice. To answer the needs of his disciples, Khenpo has founded the Palden Foundation and Kagyu Library in Hong Kong under his leadership. He has translated the Kagyu Monlam sadhanna from Tibetan to Chinese. The translated Sadhana contains 500 pages and received accolades from the lineage masters benefiting many people from the Chinese ethic origin.
